All sales are final. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our crochet products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase. We're happy to work with you to resolve any issues, but we appreciate your understanding that all sales are non-refundable.
- We only accept returns in case of a damaged product. To be eligible for a return, you must provide an unboxing video, i.e., a video of you opening the package to showcase the product.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges due to reasons like change of mind, lack of utility etc.
